Aaron Parker served 11yrs in the U.S. Army, and 20yrs in the IT (Information Technology) field as an Senior IT Helpdesk Support Analyst. His experience comprise of providing Desktop Support to end users, Installing Windows 10/11 on laptops/desktops and providing level III support to CEOs, senior level executives and employees throughout his career.  In addition, he is experience setting up and troubleshooting iMacs/MacBooks, iPhones, and Androids.

 

He specialized in setting up and troubleshooting Ricoh, HP Copiers, and Printers. He worked as a Microsoft AzureAD Cloud administrator and served as of a Project Coordinator for mergers and acquisitions.  ​

In conjunction with his IT experience, Aaron is an accomplished photographer. He formed a company called Parkerfotos Photography (www.parkerfotos.com) where his specialty is sports, and headshots.

Aaron is dedicated to creating programs within Southern Enterprise that allows him to share/teach his skill set to the next generation.
